I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were so comfortable and clean with stunning views of the castle. The service was top-notch, the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was fantastic, just a short walk into the center. The dining experience was superb with a wide variety of delicious food choices. Overall, a great value for money!

The service here is the best I've experienced anywhere else in the world. The staff were brilliant and even arranged a taxi from the airport in a lovely black Mercedes Benz E class limo.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious, with a comfy bed, a lovely tea & coffee set, and even a tablet for the kids - everything was restocked daily. The fantastic view of the castle and river from my 4th-floor room facing the castle made the experience truly memorable. The location is amazing, being right across the street from everything you could want to see in the city.

The service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helped us book trips and airport transfers at a very reasonable cost. Ana made our stay extra-special, and Paulina at the reception desk was wonderful. The atmosphere in the hotel was amazing, with cleaners always smiling and a fantastic breakfast. Overall, the service was top-notch.

The location couldn't have been better! It was perfect for exploring the city on foot, right near the bus stop for the airport, and even had a fantastic roof-top restaurant and bar for a great experience.

I stayed in suite 507 with fantastic views of the castle. The room had two single beds pushed together, but it would have been nicer to have a double. It was equipped with everything down to a needle and thread.

The hotel rooms are lovely, very clean, and comfy. While the bar area felt a bit like a doctor's waiting room, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The location with a castle view and overlooking the Vistula river was a definite plus, but the warm beer and awful wine gave us a less than ideal experience.
